Defense of catastrophic personal injury claims arising from alleged defective roadway design issues.

Defense and representation of developers, general contractors, and subcontractors in complex multi-party litigation of design and construction defect claims involving residential homes, including single and multi-home matters, and commercial structures, as well as Registrar of Contractor actions.
